Power Platform Spark Time: free app to Clock In and Out
Efficient management of working time records has become a strategic necessity for organisations, not only for legal compliance but also for process optimisation.
Spark Time: a free app to Clock In and Out, includes all the features required for your company to provide full management of the time teams spend on different projects and activities.
The application is multilingual, available in English and Spanish, and can be adapted to other languages.
Below are the most important aspects of our time tracking app.
Key Characteristics of Digital Time Tracking
- Full Digitalisation: From 2026 onwards, time tracking must be fully digital. This eliminates the use of manual systems such as spreadsheets or paper records. Companies must implement appropriate technological tools.
- Remote Access for the Labour Inspectorate: Time‑tracking systems must allow the Labour Inspectorate to access records remotely and in real time, ensuring transparency and regulatory compliance.
- Individual Employee Identification: Each employee must personally identify themselves when recording their start and end times. This can be done using fingerprint recognition, personalised cards, or other secure identification methods.
- Data Integrity: Digital records cannot be modified without the explicit consent of the employee, ensuring that all data is reliable and verifiable.
- Data Retention for Four Years: Collected data must be stored for a minimum of four years so that inspections or audits can be carried out at any time.
Benefits for Employees
- Full transparency: employees can review their recorded hours at any time.
- Easy and secure access: records can be made from any device.
- Confidence in the data: information is protected and cannot be altered.
- Better work–life balance: clear control of working time and breaks.
